Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all courses and services provided by WorkingAcent. By enrolling in our courses and using our services, you agree to abide by this refund policy.

  1. Enrolment and Payment

2.1. Enrolment Confirmation: Enrolment in a course or service is confirmed only after full payment is received unless otherwise stated.

2.2. Refundable Courses: Our refund policy applies to eligible courses or services only, as specified in each course description.

  1. Refund Criteria

3.1. Non-Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our course or service, you may request a refund within 30 days.

3.2. Refund Request: To request a refund, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of enrolment, as specified. You may therefore continue for a further 14 days on the course if you wish to do so.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

4.1. Late Refund Requests: Refund requests received outside the 30 day period will not be eligible for a refund.

4.2. Course Completion: If you have accessed or completed a significant portion of the course content, you are not eligible for a refund.

4.3. Course Materials: Refunds will not be granted if you have downloaded or used course materials.

4.4. Multiple Enrolments: If you enrol in the same course multiple times, you are only eligible for a refund for the first enrolment.

5.2. Refund Eligibility: We will review your refund request and verify if it meets the criteria mentioned in this policy.

5.3. Refund Processing: If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 working days (Monday- to Friday being the working days) from the date of approval.

6.1. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued through the same method as the original payment.

6.2. Credit Card Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated by you, your eligibility for a refund may be affected.
